This website, ‘www.istrotech.com’ (the “Website”), owned and operated by ISTROTECH Sole Proprietorship (referred to as “we” or “our” or “us”) is provided as a service to you (the “Service”) and is intended to allow its users to browse and/or order products and other goods or services (the “Products”). As a user of this Website (referred to as “you” or “your”), you acknowledge that your use of this Website for any reason, including any transactions you make (“use” or “using”) is subject to our terms and conditions mentioned below, which without being limited, include other important hyper-linked sections like the Privacy Policy, Support Services, Returns etc. (collectively the “Terms”). (1) General

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed to have taken effect when posted on www.istrotech.com (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the Terms on each occasion you use www.istrotech.com. By accessing www.istrotech.com, registering an account or using the services offered by ISTROTECH on the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with all or any of the Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue your use of www.istrotech.com.

(2) Account and Registered User

2.1. In order to access certain functions of the service, including the ability to order and purchase products or services, you must register and create an account on www.istrotech.com, secured by a password (the “Account”). Any Account created is personal and exclusive to you and is non-transferable to any third party.

2.2. If you register and create an Account, you are a “Registered User”. To be a Registered User, you must provide true and accurate information (including your name, e-mail address and other details) as requested during the Account creation process.

2.3. By registering at and using www.istrotech.com, you warrant that the information provided by you in the course of the registration process is true and accurate and you undertake to ensure that such information is kept updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

2.4. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your Account or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately, Contact Us.

(3) Order Process

3.1. As a Registered User, you may order and purchase Products through the Service. If a payment is applicable to your order for a Product, you agree to pay the full amount for that Product as indicated during the order process, including shipping costs or other charges that may be applicable to such order. You may see our Payment and delivery terms below, or learn more about how to place an order. All orders that you place on www.istrotech.com will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 We are using the following terms in our order emails; Order on-hold, Processing order, Completed order, Refunded order, and Cancelled order.

3.3. The “confirmation”,“Place the Order” stage sets out the final details of your order. Following that, we will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail, detailing the Products you have ordered. You may note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.

3.4. After acceptance of your order, completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the Products/Services you have ordered, If you have paid through one of payment options described on our website, however subject to our receiving full payment for the Products, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or Order cancelled by you.

3.5. You are able to cancel your order through your Account -> Orders or by submitting a Support Ticket. The status of the order must be on-hold, or Waiting for Payment to accept cancelling the order. For more details, Please check Section (8) Returns and Cancelling Orders.

3.6. If your order status is “On-Hold” or Waiting for payment, you will be notified by e-mail to pay to complete your order. You have to pay the full amount of your order within 14 Days from placing the order. We have the right to cancel the order without sending any notification. You can notify our sales team if you wish to extend the waiting period to pay or seeking for a special discount by Contacting Us.

3.7. If you placed more than 3 orders or created many orders at once and not pay for them, You will be categorized as Spam and your account will be banned without any notification. To unblock your account, you must contact our support; support@istrotech.com and justify the reasons of your actions to our store and ordering system to unblock your account. If any actions appears not applicable to our terms and conditions after unblocking your account we will block your account forever and we may block also your IP address.

3.8. From time to time there may be errors in the pricing of the Products that appear on the website or during the order process. There may also be errors in transmission resulting in interruption of your purchase. ISTROTECH will try to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of such errors. You agree to cooperate with ISTROTECH to resolve such issues, and you agree that ISTROTECH shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.

(4) Payment

4.1. We are offering our Registered Users the option to pay for the products/services ordered by several payment options check them by CLICK HERE. They should opt for such service during the placement of order/checkout.

4.2. Payment can be made by any method specified at www.istrotech.com. Check Payment Options.

4.3. All prices by default are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) include taxes (if applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges and any other fees.

4.4. You can pay from your Credit or Debit Card (“Card”) through the payment gateway provided by Accept company and sponsored by Arab African International Bank (AAIB).

4.5. We will not ask you in our website www.istrotech.com, our sales and support team, and through e-mails to provide us with any information about your Card details. The Card information details is your responsibility.

4.6. The site is fully secured by Google reCAPTCHA and all data is encrypted with SSL Certificate and HTTPS, all security and protection procedures go through Cloudflare.

4.7. To ensure that your Card is not being used without your consent, if you chose Debit/Credit Card as your preferred payment method you will be asked to enter Card details (e.g. card number, expiration date & pin code) in our form provided by Accept Company and sponsored by Arab African International Bank (AAIB).

4.8. We may validate your name, address, and other Personal Information provided by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting the Terms, you consent to such checks being made.

4.9. Responsibility to verify the Customer and Customer’s Card Information, and to rightfully authorize the transaction deducting payments from the card lies with the respective payment gateway and /or the issuer bank of the card being used. ISTROTECH is not liable for any losses or damages occurring out of fraudulent transactions happening due to attacks or breaches on any payment gateway, attacks or breaches on issuer banks, or due to Customer’s Card details, PIN verification details, password verification details or any other details authorizing purchase on the payment gateway being acquired by persons of malicious intent or persons who may not be the rightful owners of the card.

4.10. The price you pay for the Products ordered is the price displayed on www.istrotech.com at the time we receive your order, subject to the following exceptions. While we try to ensure that all prices of the Products on www.istrotech.com are mentioned accurately, it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling such order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund.

4.11. It may be noted that we do not accept payments by cheque or gift vouchers or discount coupons in place of cash or Card.

4.12. Payment fees; Starting May 2019, We will not charge our customers with any fees on payment gateways.

4.13. To speed the delivery of products or services; in case if you pay by depositing or transfer to our Bank account or Vodafone Cash, you can send us a scanned copy of the payment receipt through creating Support Ticket or by sending an e-mail to “sales@istrotech.com“, Please clarify your order number in case of sending email.

(5) Delivery of Products

5.1. Upon we have received a full payment for your order, We will deliver the products or services to your email or billing address that you have entered during check out process. If you need any support, Please contact us.

5.2. We will send you a notification e-mail to inform you that your order completed. For software products, you will receive another email within 10 minutes with license details.

5.3. You have the ability to print your order invoice any time from My Account -> My Orders. You can request printed invoice by creating Support Ticket.

5.4. The risk of loss or damage and ownership of the products and services you have requested at “www.istrotech.com” will be transferred to you as soon as you receive the products at the address mentioned, or the email address, you have entered during check out process or on the date of our first attempt to deliver, provided we have received the full price of the products.

(6) Discount Coupons

As part of our promotional activities, we may issue Discount Coupons to our Registered Users from time to time, which can be redeemed by the Registered Users, subject to the following;

6.1. Discount Coupons distributed by us, if any, are redeemable only at “www.istrotech.com”, unless stated otherwise.

6.2. Discount Coupons are valid during the promotional periods for which they are issued.

6.3. Discount Coupons are valid from their date of issue until the mentioned expiry date.

6.4. Discount Coupons if being used for online ordering, must be used prior to checkout.

6.5. It may be noted that a discount coupon cannot be used twice or partially used or exchanged for shopping credit, unless stated otherwise.

6.6. Only one Discount Coupon can be used per order/online transaction. However, it may be noted that multiple Product purchases using one Discount Coupon is allowed, unless stated otherwise.

6.7. All Discount Coupons issued are valid for use in All Countries, unless stated otherwise.

6.8. We reserve the right to exclude without any advance notice, the use of Discount Coupons on special limited-time promotions that we offer on the Website from time to time.

(7) Cancelling Orders and Returning Products and Services Policy

We are committed to selling high quality products and services we hope you enjoy. However, we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you may need to change or return something you have purchased. Please be sure to check your product carefully before using it.

7.1. All Products we sell are covered by our fourteen (14) day Returns policy expect for Software License Keys.

7.2. We accept return of the Products purchased or replace them, only if they are in good condition, saleable and merchantable. If the purchased Products– because of their nature or the way they are packaged or wrapped- can never be re-instituted to the position as they were at the purchase date or can never be offered for sale to the general public, then we may have the right to reject their return or replacement unless for a manufacturing defect that was not apparent to you upon purchasing and unless you have been informed of and accepted such defect.

7.3. The products may be replaced or returned if they have a manufacturing defect that is unclear when purchased or not genuine or forged. Please note that we do not charge any additional fees for returning or replacing products.

7.4. Products License Keys; Our refund policy has been unfortunately widely abused by some customers. Due to the nature of the product, once a key is exposed to a customer it cannot be resold. Therefore we have decided to accept refunds only if:

(a) The software license key sold is different from the product you paid for.

(b) The software license key is not genuine/forged or has a problem.

(c) You have canceled your order, the order must status be pending payment or proceeding and the request has not been completed.

(d) Customers subscribed in iSupport or iSupport Plus. Click here for details.

7.5. Website Design, Hosting Reservations, Domain Registration and PowerPoint Design Services: All terms and conditions mentioned herein, in addition to the terms on each product page and the signed contracts with each customer are applied to these services. These conditions are integral and complementary to each other.

7.6. We have the right of not accepting the return or replacement of Products, if they were sold during special promotions and/or sales.

7.7. You have the right to cancel your order any time, the order status is must to be on-hold, awaiting for payment or proceeding and the order not completed. In case of you have paid for your order, we will make a full refund (fees may be applied, if any). Taking into account the return policy in addition to each product return policy.

7.8. The refunded amount will be add to your eWallet. You can buy with eWallet balance again or make a cash withdrawal request by creating a support ticket. The cash withdrawal process takes 5 (five) days up to 45 (forty five) days.

7.9. Any fees on amount refunded or Shipping fees, if any, are deducted from the amount refunded.

(8) Intellectual Property

8.1. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of www.istrotech.com shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material and/or content only as expressly authorized by our licensors or us.

8.2. All Product names, trade names, service names, tag lines, or logotype distinguished in form, text, or otherwise from surrounding text (e.g., all capital letters), (collectively, “Marks”) are trademarks owned by or licensed to ISTROTECH, unless otherwise noted. The Marks on www.istrotech.com are variously protected by the laws of Egypt and other countries. Use of any of these Marks may not be made without the prior written consent of ISTROTECH, except for the sole purpose of identifying the Products or Services originating from ISTROTECH.

8.3. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content shown at www.istrotech.com is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content only for the purpose of using this Website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of www.istrotech.com is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

8.4. The Website may provide the opportunity for Registered Users to post reviews and other comments, questions, suggestions, or other information (“User Content”) on www.istrotech.com. You warrant that any such User Content submitted by you to www.istrotech.com is original (and does not infringe the copyright of others), and you hereby grant ISTROTECH a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use such User Content so submitted, without any further recourse to you, and you hereby waive all rights in such User Content. You agree that you will not post any content that is contrary to public moral or is defamatory, inflammatory, that infringes copyright, or that may otherwise breach common decency or be contrary to law.

8.5. ISTROTECH has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or User Content, and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted by you or content posted by any third party.

(10) Warranty Terms & Conditions

10.1. Products and services purchased from www.istrotech.com will be covered with a warranty according to our terms and conditions, each product buying terms in addition to contracts with our customers.

10.2. Software License Warranty: There is no warranty for software licenses as mentioned in Term (No. 7) above, the warranty is only available to customers subscribed in iSupport and iSupport Plus, according to iSupport Service Terms and Conditions.

10.3. We shall not be responsible for any of your/customer’s misuse or illegal use including resale or export to embargoed countries of any Products, their spare parts or technical documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you/ the customer specifically agree that Products purchased from the Website will not be used for activities related to designing, developing, producing or usage of nuclear weapons or weapons of mass destruction. You/customer agree not to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer Product(s) to end-users engaged in these activities and shall be liable for any such activity. We assume no liability whatsoever nor provide any warranty support or service in respect of a Product which has been exported/ used in violation of this provision.

10.4. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal data, confidential numbers or license data for products and services. Customer is fully responsible for protecting such data from unauthorized access, theft, piracy, or any other method not mentioned.

11. Liability and Indemnity

11.1. ISTROTECH does not warrant that the Website or any of the Services or Products available through it will be uninterrupted or free from errors. There may be delay, omissions, interruption, and/or inaccuracies in materials or Service available through www.istrotech.com.

11.2. ISTROTECH makes no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or non-infringement of any content on the Website or Services available through it.

11.3. Although ISTROTECH takes reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses, worms or other malicious code to www.istrotech.com, ISTROTECH does not represent or warrant that the Website, or the Service or Products or materials that may be made available through www.istrotech.com are free from such destructive features. ISTROTECH is not liable for any damages or harm attributable to such features or arising directly or indirectly from such features.

11.4. In no event shall ISTROTECH be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, incidental, indirect, special or consequential losses, damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information system), even if ISTROTECH has been advised, knew, or should have known of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or related to:

(i) your use of or reliance on www.istrotech.com, any information, hyperlinks or content contained therein, or Services included on or otherwise made available to you through www.istrotech.com;

(ii) your provision of information, personal or otherwise, to ISTROTECH;

(iii) the provision of Services by ISTROTECH; or

(iv) acts or negligence on the part of ISTROTECH, its agents or employees.


11.6. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, ISTROTECH’s aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss or damage that you may incur on any account whatsoever, arising out of your use of the Website, shall be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the Product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same cause.

11.7. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. If you use www.istrotech.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and its password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account or password. www.istrotech.com is not intended for selling Products to children, but only to adults who can purchase with a Card or other permitted payment method.

11.8. ISTROTECH reserves the right to refuse Service, terminate Accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders anytime at their sole discretion.

11.9. By using www.istrotech.com and/or the Service, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold ISTROTECH, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors harmless with respect to any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of www.istrotech.com or the Service, your non-compliance with applicable law or regulations in the jurisdiction in which you are accessing www.istrotech.com or the Service, or any action taken by ISTROTECH as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of these Terms or as a result of it’s finding or decision that a violation of these Terms has occurred.
